Josh uses his solid accounting skills to assist clients with consolidated corporate tax returns and multi-state taxation matters. Josh has additional experience preparing Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures (both Foreign and Domestic) submissions involving complex tax issues. He often serves foreign trustee clients by preparing Foreign Non-Grantor Trust Beneficiary and Foreign Grantor Trust Beneficiary Statements for U.S. beneficiaries and helps beneficiaries who are U.S. Persons meet their U.S. reporting obligations. This includes Forms 3520, 3520-A, 8621 and FBAR reports. In addition, Josh regularly helps Non-Resident clients with U.S. withholding tax refund claims. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
